Shipping costs within Austria EUR 7.- (free shipping from EUR 99.-)
Shipping costs EU-other countries: EUR 12.- (free shipping from 119.- EUR)
We ship to all countries worldwide.
Shipping costs outside the EU on request.
Shipping is by Austrian Post.
We endeavor to send all orders to our four-legged friends as quickly as possible.
Depending on the order situation, the delivery time is about 1 week and may be up to 3 weeks.
REFUND POLICY
According to § 18 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications and/or are tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
However, we grant our customers a right of withdrawal up to the time of receipt of payment.
